ATHLETE WAIVER & CONSENT FORM
Every athlete must read and accept the waiver form
before they can be entered in the competition.
I, being an adult of 18 years or more, and of my own free will, volunteer to be a participant in the Renegade Challenge 2's. I understand there are inherent risks in all aspects of the event and assume full responsibility for those risks.
I understand that Renegade Challenge 2's may involve weightlifting, gymnastics movements, strenuous bodyweight exercise, and other high exertion activities and that I am not obliged to perform nor participate in any activity aforementioned that I do not wish to do. I understand that it is my right to refuse such participation at any time during The Renegade 2's.
I grant permission to The Renegade 2's to publish any photographs or any other media material captured of me whether for promotional material or otherwise.
The Renegade 2's reserves the right to disqualify any athlete's participation in the competition for reasons such as unsportsmanlike behavior, intentional cheating or violent behavior toward volunteers and/or spectators.
I understand the there are no refunds for any reason if the event takes place on the scheduled date, in the event that the event is rescheduled refunds will be offered or a transfer of participation to the new date, I understand that there will be a fair window to complete refund process or my participation will be assumed on the new date.
Registration Fees
Registration is $160 per pair plus $4:56 processing fee.
Each shirt costs $22 extra.
